LG's Specials Calendar
We like a good celebration at LG's so we'll be introducing special menus for special times of year.
| 02/06/2008 - 08/06/2008 | Italian Republic Day | More pasta options and maybe a risotto or two. We'll try to make sure the ice cream machine is up and running by then too. |
| 23/06/2008 - 06/07/2008 | Wimbledon | It just has to be strawberries and cream. |
| 10/09/2008 - 16/09/2008 | Mexican Independence Day | We're not sure of the history behind Mexican Independence Day but it sounds like a great excuse for chilli, nachos and tortillas. |
| 29/09/2008 - 04/10/2008 | German Unity Day | Lots of sausages! Bratwurst, bockwurst, any-wurst. |
| 27/10/2008 - 01/11/2008 | Deepavali | The hindu festival of light. We'll be providing a much wider range of curry toppings, with bhajis and samosas too. We'll also have some naans. |
| 26/01/2009 - 31/01/2009 | Chinese New Year | Noodles, rice and lots of stir fries. We might even provide some chopsticks for the adventurous. |
| 16/03/2009 - 21/03/2009 | St Patrick's Day | Top o' da marnin' to ya. No Guinness unfortunately, we don't have an alcohol licence. So we'll be doing Irish stew, champ, colcannon and Mel's homemade Baileys Cheesecake! |
| 20/04/2008 - 25/04/2008 | St George's Day | We'll be keeping our traditional English breakfast and adding cottage pie, roast meat, fish and chips and an afternoon special of scones with jam and cream if the weather is nice. |
